Spy Hard
The movie Spy Hard is about the worst spy agent on the secret service. He gets a mission that his other friend should have got but the chief of the secrete service gave it to the worst agent on the force he dose the mission very well and the guy who wanted the mission was in the place where the rocket launched and the man responsible for this was the evil general.
